    • OUR PROMISE

    We guarantee all of our workmanship will be free from defects for 10 years from the date of commissioning and that all equipment and materials have been installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

    In the first 10 years after installation we will correct free of charge any fault arising in the system as a result of defective workmanship by New Energy Futures Ltd.

    However all New Energy Futures customers will benefit from having a smart meter fitted at time of installation at no extra cost, giving you peace of mind that your system is being constantly monitored ensuring optimum performance at all times, maximising your income generation and energy saving.

    In addition all panels are accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme and are guaranteed by the manufacturer to at least 80% performance after 25 years. They also have a 5 year defects warranty. All inverters are guaranteed for 10 years
